With 13+ years of experience as a strategic HR leader, she’s dedicated to ensuring your voice is heard and your rights are upheld. Stephanie blends deep legal knowledge with a practical, people-first approach, making her an invaluable partner in driving positive change within your organization.
Stephanie is passionate about supporting Works Councils in negotiating better terms, navigating organizational changes, and advocating for employee rights. Beyond Works Councils, Stephanie also offers valuable insights to businesses and individuals, ensuring all parties have the opportunity to thrive in a compliant and collaborative environment.

Kelly Mullins has 13+ years of experience facilitating employee-led change in the tech industry.
Starting as a product manager and ultimately becoming a Works Council member herself, Kelly brings a practical, on-the-ground application of what it’s like to shape a Works Council that ushers in progressive change to organizations. In 2020, Kelly led the Booking.com Works Council through the largest restructuring in the company’s history - educating thousands of employees and management on Dutch Collective Dismissal law, implementing a competitive voluntary leave scheme, and the organization’s first-ever social plan.
Using her tech background, Kelly pairs a unique mix of design thinking methodologies and consensus-driven decision making to helps Works Councils and their diverse counterparts facilitate rapid, creative solutioning to achieve their goals in large organizations.

Ashley Marzulla is an accomplished creative director with extensive expertise in graphic design, branding, and marketing. With a proven track record of crafting compelling narratives, designing impactful visuals, and elevating brand reputation, she has established herself as a leader in the creative industry.
Previously, as Chief Creative Director at the New Bedford Art Museum, she spearheaded a rebranding campaign that increased social media engagement by over 400%. She also developed branding for events and helped launch a festival celebrating a Dale Chihuly sculpture acquisition.
Marzulla has collaborated with major brands such as L’Oréal, Maybelline, Kiehl’s, IT Cosmetics, and Innisfree, creating high-impact visual content that enhanced brand positioning and audience engagement. Her work spans storyboarding, concept development, illustration, and graphic design for products ranging from skincare to loyalty programs.
A two-time honor graduate of Pratt Institute with a degree in Film, Video, Graphic Design, and Illustration, plus a minor in Art History, she blends design and filmmaking to create compelling narratives. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling with her dog Cannoli, and visiting her family farm.
