The WoCo Connection is a quarterly in-person networking series, hosted by newcouncil, for English-speaking Works Councils from tech and multinational companies across the Netherlands.

This edition brings together experienced Works Council members from different organizations for a candid panel discussion and Q&A where we’ll share lessons learned, practical tips, and real-world insights on how to build stronger, more effective WoCo’s.

We’ll Talk About:

• How do you turn a Works Council into a trusted, impactful team?

• Which committee setups, meeting structures, and working methods ensure effective decision-making?

• How do you build consensus, stay accountable, and grow stronger from challenges along the way?
