- Methods for engaging, involving and representing your constituents
- Practical tips and best-practices for exercising your rights

Best for:
This training can be delivered exclusively for new members or combined with experienced representatives to provide a refresher and deepen understanding further.
“Even though Stephanie and Kelly are not Dutch, they have extensive knowledge - thanks for their background - to share when it comes to how a Dutch Works Council should be setup and governed. newcouncil is adept in explaining the ins- and outs on Works Council rights and capabilities. Not on-boarding with services as provided by newcouncil means missing out on a Works Council’s full potential."
- Karim Michael Hambach, Works Council Member @ Adobe
