In this highly interactive session, we'll get your newly elected Works Council ready with everything they need to start operating effectively! We'll build a shared understanding of governance and set up all of the practical elements you’ll need to ensure your Works Council leaves aligned, confident, and ready to work together.
Your Works Council Will:
- Understand Which Roles are Available to Everyone
- Prepare to Elect a Daily Management Team (Chair, Co-Chair, Secretary)
- Set up (or Update!) Your Rules of Procedure
- Establish Your Annual Calendar & Build Your First Meeting Agenda
- Agree on Expectations & Ways of Working
- Practice WoCo Expense Management
