Works Council Fundamentals training is a pre-requisite to the WoCo Retrospective. The Vision & Priorities Workshop is also recommended to complete prior to scheduling a Retrospective.

newcouncil recommends to schedule an annual retrospective for your Works Council in Q3 or early Q4, so you can use the outcomes of the workshop to build your roadmap and strategy for the following year.

We also recommend scheduling a retrospective to restore group dynamics after high-pressure events - such as restructurings, collective dismissals, or legal escalations. newcouncil can tailor the agenda to meet your group’s specific needs.

The retrospective can run for a half or full day, depending on your group’s size and needs.
